My Nana's House Network of providers are licensed and credentialed to high industry standards and have documented experience in the treatment of mental illness and/or substance abuse.
We require our network providers to be credentialed. Each of our network providers are required to undergo re-credentialing every three years, unless otherwise required by a customer or applicable law. My Nana's House Quality Improvement Program includes site visits conducted at many individual and group practices, as well as facilities, to directly assess the quality of care and services delivered to our members. Depending on the services needed and geographic area served, My Nana's House refers members to contracted and credentialed practitioners in private practice, practitioners in a group practice or provider organizations.
